    Sorry, im an idiot. I don't understand the "tempos" when I read it. What does it all mean?

    Sets: 3

    Reps: 6-8

    Tempo: 4020 :wtf: :wtc:

    Tempo's are fun to play with

    I do a lot of iso dynamics which look like 2 5 0

    for a squat you would squat down at a normal pace then at the bottom you start to come out of the hole and you have your partner hold the bar so you can press maximally for 5-10 seconds, then he lets go and you complete the rep like a dynamic squat. you do the next rep but have him hold you when you get to a 45 degree knee angle.

    All that can be done with weight releasers but I preffer 2 good spotters.
