Dunno if you're against buying from ebay, but HERE is a LNIB 14-24 for $1650 with box and receipt, bought in Oct. 2008. If you use bing cashback at 8%, it comes out to $1546 including shipping.

I think keh.com had one around $1400. I almost got it but instead grabbed the 17-35 2.8. I think the range will suit me better especially since I sold my 28-70.

Are you sure? I just tested it and got the 8%. Typed "nikon 14-24" in bing, got the ebay link, then found the lens and the banner shows on top.

What browser are you using, FF? I always had to turn off my ad block, or use a different browser (IE or Chrome).

If you're spending that much, why not just pay the $225 or so extra to get a brand new one?

i prefer to buy used lens, so i can verify they are sharp, and free of imperfections etc...

can anyone do a quick search in the nikoncafe for me?

Awesome, I bought mine new on ebay with cashback as well. Instant cashback is awesome, but it seems to be luck of the draw. I've only gotten it a few times.
