I'm really in to this WSB program I started this week. I can already tell I'm going to get an amazing amount of gains from it. Question for you brolys out there: what kind of cardio is the best to mix in with this routine? If I put on anymore size I want it to be lean so I figure I need to start hittin the cardio again. Whats would be the best, I dont want to ruin my legs (today is an off day, and I have legs tomorrow). Bike? Elliptical? Incline treadmill?
