anyone here any good at this? Got anything I can read?

I need to do this for my film noir project...

need to include bio, physical and focal description of work and influences...

I have NO clue how to write about my own work...

I'd start with some background on why you chose noir. Relate yourself to you work somehow. Then explain the pieces, what inspired them, etc. Make it flow well and ties together. The flow is the main thing that people will appreciate.

When you have to do bio type stuff it's always easier to get someone you know write about you...

ask a close friend or family member.

they'll have natural questions to bring to the table that are more targeted to you than the normal universal crap...

If applicable, give them hard facts like when you started to have an interest, some of your influences, and whatever other pertinent information you have to include. Then, let them regurgitate it.
