Does anyone know how to build up strength in the wrists? I'm having a lot of trouble controlling myself and I think it's because of my wrists.

Also some advice on next-day fatigue. I lifted for no more than half an hour yesterday and didn't go beyond my normal weights and I am tired as fuck and my arms want to flop everywhere.

    Help. Please.

sledgehammer levering is a great exercise for the wrists, lever from front, back, side, etc.

wrist rollers help too, heavy wrist curls, and the list goes on.

i would focus on levering the most tho

edit: what do you do that makes your arms 'flop'?

Because I was in a rush yesterday I only did triceps.... hence arm floppage.

    Start crunking.

Are you getting enough rest at night? Enough protein in the diet? Enough carbs?
