Here lately, my left wrist has pussed out on me, and it has limited my weight lifting exercises. Like if I make a fist and squeeze as hard as I can, it hurts in the spot in the amazing pic provided:

So I guess will this wrist problem, be a problem in the future? This sucks I haven't really lifted upper body hard in a week or two. I'm ready to blast them weights all over the gym.

Ibuprofen + rest and see how it is in a week. You're not going to get anywhere if you keep trying to do exercises and it keeps hurting.

Of course it'll be a problem in the future... IF you don't let it heal. Sounds like a Carpal Tunnel thing.

depending on how bad the pain is there's a chance you could have broken it. IIRC there's 8 little bones in the wrist, so even if it's not hurting all the time it could be because the bone that is fractured isn't always getting strained.

Get one of the those basketball shooting sleeves for your elbow and wear it when you jack off. Fixed my problem in 3 days (13 jacks).

could be carpal tunnel? that shit is the worst pain in the world. it got so bad on me that my whole right old arm would burst up in flames.

this exercise CURED my carpal tunnel. you have to do it at least once a day, the more you do it the better. do it before you use your hands in whatever activity that requires them or your wrists... ie jacking off

beats surgery or any medication in my opinion

fuck it i can't find the link anywhere any more. it is some article i read by a doctor when i had horrible pain. basically stand up straight and put your arms out parallel to the floor like a zombie.
hold each step for 5 seconds:
    1. lift your palms up so they face forward and your are pointing up.
    2. now back to starting position/rest 5 seconds
    3. now make a fist with your hand
    4. keep holding the fest but now aim it down to the ground
    5. back to starting position/rest 5 seconds

repeat this 10 times. then you are done.

i like to do it during stretching of a workout or maybe while a warmup walk/run. i don't do it as often anymore since my symptoms have gone away, but still do it every couple days.
