Wrist Pains....

    Whenever im gonna do my last set for bench press I put more weight than my last two sets but the problem is after doing it about two times my wrist hurts really badly and get bench anymore.Its not like its too heavy either I can lift it thats not the problem. What could be the problem?

    i had a thread about this like 2 days ago. your wrists hurt cos of the added weight. give them two weeks and the pain should go away

    Keep your wrists inline with your forearms.....Don't let them bend back to craddle the weight....

    I was going to suggest this as well. I can't believe people actually lift like this regularly.

    Its possible that it is that carpal tunnel crap. I spend a lot of time on my computer and the wrist I use for moving the mouse around always gives me a little trouble on my last set or two of bench press.

    well, i cant keep my wrists straight just use wraps.. i have inzer wraps and i like them...
