Wrist pain dammit

    When I put my wrist palm downward and bend it down, it doesn't hurt but if I put a water bottle in my hand and bend down then up again it hurts.

    Anyone ever had this? A few weeks ago I hurt it catching a fall while walking on some rocks and the next day I could barely move it downwards but that was a good 2 weeks ago with no lifting since.

    I found out just how much it hurt today doing lat pulldowns w/80 pounds warmup.

    lol, you're going to be fine.

    You probably sprained it bruised something. Give it some time. In the mean-time, just work around the pain.

    Playing sports all my life and heavy benching I used to have pain in my wrists 24/7.

    When I stopped playing school sports and stopped doing heavy flat BB benching it went away.
