    Are wrist wraps worth it?

    - Whenever, I let go of the weight when I'm doing curls, bench press, etc. I get a shooting pain in my forearm.

What are the pros and cons of getting wrist wraps? Since most competitions allow them and they prevent injury, it seems like a win-win?

I read somewhere that some people still get injuries wearing them? :dunno: Anyone care to explain?

Go see a doctor dumbass. Relying on BB forums for advice on pain shooting up your arm is a real good idea. :ugh2:

I'm so sorry I wasn't here available to you at 1am to tell you that.

Shooting pain sounds like pinched nerve.
Have it checked out by a personal trainer and/or doctor.
Ask to borrow some wristwraps to try them out or just buy some; may not solve your problem.
You don't need to post on an intarweb forum every damn issue that pops into your mind; man up and learn to solve your own predicaments.
