wrist is killing me

    I can bench and max out on it without my wrist giving me any trouble..but anything else i do.. (curling 10lb dumbells for christs sake) hurts my wrist...along with almost any other exercise I do..it's been about 2 weeks of me not doing much at all...any ideas what I could have done before I go waste a $20 copay for a dr to tell me to take tylenol and use a heating pad?

    My job also requires I lift boxes for about 8 hours everyday so my wrist doesnt get much rest to heal up.

    my dr fucking sucks and will immediately tell me to just take tylenol and rest it or some bullshit..i need a new dr

    fucking go to a bone specialist and see if you have any bone in your wrist broken
    if not one day your faggot ass is going to bench your light ass 35lb db's and fuck your wrist up and you will forever go around looking like this: :greddy:

    first response is go to a doctor...

    with that out of the way...I had the same issue when I was working as a mechanic and lifting all the time...my wrists got more action than any other joint in my body. They really do just need time off...my symptoms were indicitve of carpal tunnel, constant inflammation and nerve pain. Long story short I quit my job...that may not be possible for you so maybe try some anti-inflammitory...

    I would think it would at least be swollen..and nigga please...i bench at least 40lber db's...dont insult me.

    yeah that's what it feels like...and not possible to quit my job at this time...guess i'll be picking up a bottle of advil and trying to find a decent doctor

    I actually got to the point that I started wrapping or bracing my wrists when not at work, more as a mental reminder to lay off them than as a therapy...you may take a week and just do legs and cardio too...couldn't be too bad.

    Over the weekend it starts feeling better then i go back to work and fuck it all up again.
