Just recently got back into lifting, Ive noticed while gripping very tightly( I think it is how I done the damage). That I get alot of pain in my left forearm, Very similar to shin splints. Any Idea's on how I could go about curing this? Its really affecting my lifting and its demotivating me.:squint:

I used to get them doing barbell curls until I fiddled with the width of my grip. Now I get them when I do preacher curls.

Anyone else got anything useful? Or had any experience with forearm splints?

Barbell curls are the cause of it, funny how i knew you were doing them before you ever mentioned it.
