wrist excercise?

    Not forearm.. wrist..

    my left is fucking weak ever since the snowboarding incident... its fucking hampering my ability to lift.

    it hurts when i try to do anything more than 70 in each hand for incline press

    it cant handle the pressure!!!!

    just do regular supination, pronation, flex/ext, and ulnar/radial deviation exercises

    you're gonna work your forearm regardless
