wrist discomfort

    so i dont do anything for my fore arms other then reverse curls and hammer curls so i dont think im over training them. recently ive been getting randon pain in my wrist. i work in a quick lube so im constantly twisting filters on and off. im goin to see my family doc about it if its not gone by the end of this week. i think its being cause by work because i can push harder then my grip allows and some of those filters are fucking tight.

    cliffs.

    my wrists hurt when put on random angles. i work with my hands a lot, should i do something sooner then next week about this?

    edit: its usually when there is no "load" on my hand that it will hurt

    i cracked/fractured my wrist skateboarding as a kid and would get sharp pains during workouts. i just got some wrist wraps that support the weight and i havent had any pains when wearing them.
