    So how will it account for the differences in calories burned of a 200 pound fat woman walking around for 15 minutes, and a 200 pound in-shape guy doing the same?

    Or the differences between fat people and skinny people?

    I suppose there will have to be some kind of initial calibration of conditions - which requires you to list several "general" factors while it makes an educated guess as to what your baseline resting (whatever it measures) corresponds to, caloric-wise.
