Wrist and elbow pain?

  1. Anyone know wtf to do to cure this? My elbows hurt but my wrists hurt even more. Dunno if it was the different routine I started or if I hit a wall or something or what but my shit hurts. the fugg should i do?

    no 20 lb man women 30 lb treadmill run shit replies.

    Where on your wrist and elbow?

    Lateral or medial aspect of your elbow?

    Does it hurt in flexion or extension?

    In pronation or supination?

    On your wrist is it front or back?

    Does it hurt in extension or flexion?
     
  3. Bottom of wrist hurts the most, but also top and going into my fingers.

    Outside of elbow hurts the most if I were to do a themarchare style pose or a double back bi kind of elbow bend. by outside i mean the point. inside hurts too.

    Ok, by bottom of the wrist do you mean near your pinky?

    And are you saying when you straighten your elbow it hurts?

    When I curl my elbow it hurts.

    It's probably just strained, barring any signifigant trauma, but for the moment I'd recommend resting and icing it.

    Physical therapy is going to be your best bet on this. It should get better with time if you'll let it. If it doesn't, consult your Doctor.

    Could preacher curls have done this? That is the only new thing I can think I did this week. That and sitting on the computer too much. :hsugh:

    I don't know your particular situation or the severity but I'd at the very least take next week off, and slowly reincorporate curls back in to your workout.

    you should be aware of the cause cause it's gotta hurt during one exercise more than others, etc... pay attention and figure out what hurts, then go lighter on that.


    You've been increasing your bench a lot lately, that could have something to do with it :dunno: check yer form
     
  16. I'm taking today off and maybe tomorrow as well...we'll see if the pain goes away and see if it comes back during/after a certain exercise or not.

    ive had wrist pain for about the last 2 weeks. when my hand is open and facing me i can't put barely weight on it. It is slowly getting better...been doing forearm exercises and wrist exercises(the ones i can do) and im able to put a little more weight on it. many people ive talked to you had the same thing as me and claimed to just have worked through it

    My wrist gets sore as hell about once a month or so, not sure why...but when it hurts Ill just quit doing stuff to aggravate it and let it heal. :dunno:
     
  19. My wrists hurt a lot after cambered bar bicep curls as well if I go heavy. On the last rep I let it down moderately slow and then while still gripping it start stretching my wrists or it hurts if I just let go. :dunno:
