    That's what I figured..

Having dislocated my knee in the past, twice, should I wrap on leg day?

My buddy wraps up for our squats...yesterday our buddy who Powerlifts told him to unwrap and in the long run he is doing his connective tissue harm. WTF, is this true? I am asking because I have not heard that before and I am curious myself

Wraps are not there to support your knees, they are there to add rebound out of the hole.

If you want knee support to get some sleeves or rehbands or something.
