    After doing a little bit of cardio warm up for about 5 minutes, I decided to give it a try and do some body weight pull-ups. After the second one, I suddenly couldn't do more. :hs:

    What should I focus in order to be able to at least do 5.

    fucking eat a bunch of slow digesting carbs before u go lift

    Do weighted pull-ups until you can do pull ups on your own, or stop being a pussy. It's up to you.

    ok and also have someone you are comfortable with spot you from your feet. if you are 3/4 of the way up on your pull up and you cant finish have your spotter barely nudge you the rest of the way up, make sure you do all the work lowering yourself though.

    make sure you get FULL EXTENSION on those 5 pullups. dont accept a pullup if you cant get your complete head over the bar
