Put it on 280 and did 3x10, and barley felt anything so I did one more set at 45reps
now try gm'ing that weight for those reps
anyone else think this might be a possible scenario...
lancer doesnt really have sclerosis (dont care if thats spelled right, i dont suck at having a good back).
rather, he tried to actually back up one of his claims on f&n for deadlifting, stacked the plates on, and fucked his back up, then confabulated a story about childhood sclerosis.
^ either way he is an idiot
Where did I ever say I fucked up my back deadlifting
I have a hard time GMing 175 for 10 reps.
I've never repped over 250ish, just singles up that high
are you retarded?
i said you fucked it up deadlifting because you wanted to actually back up one of your claims on f&n and made up a story about childhood sclerosis.
his IQ is so high he can not comprehend the uneducated speak of simpletons like us
Once your IQ goes over 151 you start speaking greek and latin and english becomes a foreign concept.
You mean scoliosis?
You're right I never posted about it in here before......
.... oh shit maybe I did
durrrrrrrrrrrr, think for a second. did i specify? did i say "within the last few days he made up an injury"?
noooooooooooo, i didnt.
i'm not going to click your link, i'm sure you have posted it before, that doesnt mean that you didnt make it up then after actually trying to deadlift more than the bar.
Its genetics, its not something you can cause You're born with it or you are not.
The scolosis you have isn't enough to effect your life. I've had a scoliosis specialist look at my back and I the same percentage in curvature. But you already knew that.
Kind of like how you scored that extra chromosome.
Where did I say it was "affecting my life" I was just simply saying its genetic, its not "an injury"
and lancer you godamn moron. READ: IT WAS A JOKE, I WAS POKING FUN AT YOU BECAUSE YOU'RE STUPID.
if you deadlift sooooooo fucking much then your back cant be affecting you that much anyways
Errm scoliosis != back pain. Maybe you should know a little about what you are talking about before posting
i have scoliosis
Is it normal to feel gm'ing more in your hammys than your lower back? I feel 45deg hyperextensions in my lower back the best
heres the real question: why the fuck are you on a back extension machine
I just got bored and tried it, I saw some lady struggle to do like 50lbs for 5reps Im like hmm I wonder if this actually does shit, put it on like 100 and nothing, 200, nothing, 280 max and was like
