Wow Powercleans is the only work out where I can feel it in my Shoulders!

    I've done military press with barbells and dumbells and never have felt it in my shoulders as much as powercleans. My shoulders are so danm soar right now. :bowdown: :bowdown: :bowdown: Is it normal though to be able to Deadlift 315 but only be able to powerclean like 115?

    you must have some kind of horrible form on military to not feel it in your delts

    I do feel it but not in my shoulders. Even shrugs I dont feel it in my shoulders.

    depends on your form for power clean.

    its also hard to compare DL and powercleans. some similar movements, but mostly people have the hardest time getting it up to their shoulders/upper chest and pressing it, not lifting it off the ground.

    thats because shrugs arent for your shoulder.....:ugh:

    Kinda wierd I dont feel it in my calves when I do pin pulls...:hs:

    your form is bad then...when i pin pull my spotter feels it too. try HJU and KOL and SCO

    What the hell are shrugs for then? Since your lifting your shoulders up i thought that it was for shoulders lol.

    ah... right...

    lateral raises, then, or cuban presses (but don't do these if you have bad shoulders)

    i also feel it when i do incline frontal raises (facing the incline bench) and arnold presses, but i guess that's just me
