After 3.5 years of zero training/excercising I am in possibly the worst physical condition of my life . Went to the gym this morning and came to terms with just how badly I had let myself go, I got fucking winded after 7 minutes of cardio at 80% and my thighs were visibly trembling when I tried doing squats without weight. To top it off, my push ups weren't even half of my OT post per day count . I thought I was just gonna hop in there 3 times a week and follow the christophers routine, in the sticky, then come out all broly in July, but it looks like I've got alot more work ahead... I'm gonna have to spend some time getting my breathing and strenght together before I can get serious with a building routine that I can stick to. Anyway this is my last weekend of pure sloth and laziness, starting Monday I'm back to giving 110%. Unrelated Post Script: I actually managed to finish a full serving of ON Vanilla whey while typing this. It still tastes like absolute crap, but I just can't work 180 grams of protien a day on natural food without spending the whole day in the kitchen.
