WOW im fucking falling apart, i just did something horrible to my lower back.

    Was in the gym and had to stop after my second exercise, I went to pull the bar up for bent over rows and immediately felt a sharp awful pain in my left lower back, i can hardly walk, drive, get in or out of my car, it hurts to sit, this is horrible, i dont know what to do, might go to ER?

    my friend at the gym gave me a muscle relaxer (soma)? and it still hurts really bad.

    Take Advil, lie down and rest/relax, soak in tub.

    Walk a few blocks tomorrow and see how it feels. I usually have a pretty good idea when something is really bad versus overdoing it, but then again I have had a lot of experience :o

    lat pulldowns, i havent deadlifted in a month due to a pulled groin (hence why i said im falling apart)

    i fucked my lower back up after an intense first set of lat pulldowns with no warmup. Sharp pain right, kind of feel it in your belly too? Hurts to bend over, get up etc. It went away after a week or so.

    I screwed my back about 4 weeks ago doing DLs. Same spot as you PB. Went to the chiro, got some muscle relaxors and stayed out of the gym for 3 weeks. It hurt to sit for long periods and then hurt to walk, hurt getting out of bed, hurt getting out of the car...just plain knocked me out.

    Go see a doctor, seriously.

    I warm up with 120-140 before going up that high.

    that's what i usually do, but i was being stupid and wanted to bang out a heavy set while i was still fresh. :rofl:

    actually if it hurts to laugh, sit, breath, etc, you may as well go get seen. they'll give you pain meds that'll actually work for whatever injury you have.

    this is fucking horrible, just as i pretty much get into the best shape of my life, diet is on point like its never been before, this shit happens.

    its not a torn anything, its pulled, but i just dont know how bad......who the fuck knows, i feel pretty out of it right now mentally from that relaxer but it still hurts.

    i am going to, bro, im just pissed because i want to train hard. ive been losing zero strength and actually getting stronger while cutting from all the great fats and upping my foodstuffs protein like a motherfucker :wtc::wtc::wtc::wtc:
