Got glocks now getting rid of XD's
XD 40 Tactical for a 96fs Stainless
slide mounted saftey FTL.
if you can get the one that is decocker only (no saftey) I would say do that
96G would be the model number
Yea really dont dig slide mounted safeties but dont really need an XD anymore
FWIW I hated my 96, couldn't shoot it accurately for anything. Felt awkward in my hand and didn't like the safety location. Only gun I've ever sold

I wouldn't, and I don't think you would either. That's why you're asking the question right?
I dunno though about Beretta is going to have a higher resale prob yrs down the road. Plus I already own the same gun in 9mm. Plus I got/getting most replaced with glocks
Yea but SS 96fs go for 650+ XD's go for 500
No sane person would trade the Beretta or the XD?
My dad has a 96fs and I like it.
If I already had a Glock, then I would
Yea Ive got some trigger work, and more mags but still
Beretta in question
Yes, I would.
berettas arent bad guns.
I wouldn't, but I never was real huge into Berrettas. If you think you can make some money off the deal, then minus whale though. Keep trading up and eventually ditch it for something that you really want.
Yea plus its intrastate so no FFL fees
Inox beretta's fetch pretty good money. Usually 92 will get more than 96's.
if i were you i would definitely do the trade. based on how much it is worth alone.
you can probably go sell it on berettaforum for more than the XD is worth.
Beretta is a great gun. I love mine. However if I was to pick up another 92, I would actually go with the Taurus model, as it puts the safety in the same location as the .84f
That's one of the relatively few good things I've heard said about Taurus: that they put the Beretta 92/96-type's safety in the right place, where an autopistol's safety should be.
