My university gym offers personal training by students in the PT and AT programs, or just work-study students who pass the application process i think, but long story short it's students training students. Last couple of weeks I've seen this very overweight guy (roughly my old weight or bigger... like 5'10-6'0 260+) being trained by this 5'1 100lb girl. She's the typical no muscle mass, lots of cardio, decent diet decent genetics girl... She's having him do deadlifts, and db curls, etc all in the same day, which is fine, but she is giving him no form advice whatsoever... He was doing "deadlifts" the other day where she loaded like 95lbs on the bar, then he just bent at the hips, rolled his entire back over like a scoliosis victim, then picked up the bar returning to the original upright position, she said nothing and just stood there nodding. I know it's light weight, but holy fuck it looked painful/retarded. Would you say something to him/her?
