in case you have to sneak up on some squirrels in the middle of winter
No because they are pieces of shit
what if you drop in the snow? how would you find it?
is $400 expensive or cheap for a mosquito?
i hope it's fucking cheap with that nightmare paint job
edit: i meant $400 was not cheap, not that the pistols aren't cheap (they are)
mosquitos are usually less than 300 isnt it?
That is the ugliest thing I've seen in a while.
Actually, I lied. I shot a Walther P22 once with that "digital camo" scheme on it (rented from the range to try a P22, that's what they had). Nasty shit.
if you knew how many headshots it takes to unlock that camo you'd be all over it...
We should hit up Mid-Carolina some time.
neighboring carolina here.....
Not worth $200, yet my dad loves his....until he gets $300 for it.
is it just me or does it just seem wrong for a .22 pistol to cost $400 ever lol. (unless it's some modified competition pistol etc)
jesus christ, i'm not even old (mid 30's) and it is silly how the price of .22 pistols and revolvers have gotten, god damn it, .22 is supposed to be cheaper than larger caliber options!!!!
btw, yeah that gun is fucking hideous
bought a p22 new at the gunshow 2 weekends ago for 290 out the door. why anyone would pay 400 for a mosquito is beyond me
You're probably more likely to break it by throwing it at a wall after you get one failure to feed/eject after another.
Ruger MkIII 22/45, $260 new I love mine.
I would hit it .... with a round from my 22/45 MkII
MSRP on those things isn't even $400
Maybe I'll buy one just to take pics of on barfcom...I'll get mad e-rep
I think that thanks to ammo prices going sky high and being hard to find in some places then people started wanting .22's a lot more so its supply and demand. I mean you didn't see three different makes of .22LR AR-15's at Gander Mtn a few years ago like you used to.
I wouldn't mind a Mosquito or even a GSG-5 but I'm not paying more than $300 for a GSG and not paying more than $250 for a Mosquito. So I guess I won't be buying either then unless the market falls out.
How about this?
There sure is a lot of mosquito hate.
I love mine and probably have over 1k through it with less than 5% malfunction. I would not pay $400 for it, or probably even 300. I think I paid $250ish for mine.
I don't think there would be any hate if it was a normal color and a normal price
