    Thats what i hate though how i have a double chin when i look down

    i dont weight train becuase i know nothing about technique etc :(

    I basically do 40 mins of cardio.
    Abs and this love handle exercise

    and no matter what they tell me, i think ido

    it fucking sucks.

    TERRIBLE side effect that ive had since i lost a lot of weight.

    you're not FAT but u do look pretty soft... they prolly see u with clothes on too... up ur lean weight..

    i tell ppl i'm fat but they don't even yell at me and think i'm joking...

    just start lifting weights man.. i always thought i was pretty strong untill i started lifting, it also did wonders for my defenition

    i honestly thinhk they see me shirtless than with a shirt on.

    All i do is walk around shirtless.

    seriously dude, i was SOOOO wrong at myself, back in august i was 6'5 190, i thought i was strong, i fucked up me knee reallllly bad and went to 250, i started lifting weights because i couldnt play basketball, put on a good amount of LBM in a relatively short time, i know have ~190 LBM, and at 215 i look better and am much stronger and quicker than when i was 190

    thats what i was told, 190lbm, i know for a fact that if i went back to 190 and kept the muscle i have i would have almost no body fat

    and you're what people would probably call "skinnyfat," no offense... you're not fat, but you do need to put on muscle

    read about routines (there is/was a sticky or archived thread that did nothing but list a bunch of routines for whatever goals you have in mind) and go into the gym with an idea of exactly what you're going to do that way
    start light, get the technique and form right, and then start adding weights
