    Not really... no.

What's your preworkout shake / nutrition like and what time are your workouts ?

For starters, let's say just for shits-n-giggles that you're convinced that Dextrose is the carb source you want. Then let's say that you're convinced that you need 50g of it. In this scenario, you would want to consume it over a extended period of time(pre/during/post), not chug it postworkout.

Then... let's look at the lack of creatine ? Why is that ?

Then... let's look at the glutamine ? What are you trying to achieve from 1tsp of a worthless product ?

Then let's look at your goals... what is your appetite like ? Any problems with cravings later on in the day ?

Ya all those creatine side effects :ugh2:

keep the dextrose and buy some maltodextrin

put 2 scoops whey, malto, dextrose in shaker with water and you should be cool

It looks fine as a post workout shake, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Maybe up it to 2 scoops of protein. Glutamine is pretty worthless too, so I'd save my money.

Whether or not you take creatine doesn't too much matter to me either, although it never hurt anybody.

With proper pre-workout and post-workout nutrition providing a insulin response, preventing / minimizing catabolism, and replenishing muscle glycogen , a insulin spike from dextrose / maltodextrin post-workout is totally unnecessary.

:hsugh: Lifting weights isn't a necessity
It can be consumed at the same time as the shake.. but obviously doesn't have to be added (literally) into the shake itself.

And you have a magical carb that is broken down and utilized faster than liquid malto/dextrose?

Depends if it's a AM or PM workout.... but basically as a bare minimum:

    Pre: Whey/BCAA + Carbs + Creatine

    Post: Whey/BCAA + Carbs + Creatine

    Optional:

During: BCAA + Carbs + Creatine
