Would this be a good routine?

    Dips 3 sets
    Abs

    Tue

    Pull Downs (to fat for pullups) 4x6
    BB rows 5x5
    Shrugs 3x12
    Face pulls 3x12-15
    Incline curls 3x10
    Obliques

    Wed

    Squats 4x6
    Leg Press 4x6
    SLDL 3x10
    Back extnsn 3x8
    Calf raises standing 3x12
    Calf raises seated 3x12

    Thur

    BB Incline 5x5
    BB Military - 5x5
    CG Bench 4x6
    Dips
    Abs

    Fri

    Pull Downs (to fat for pullups) 4x6
    BB rows 5x5
    Shrugs 3x12
    Face pulls 3x12-15
    Incline curls 3x10
    Obliques

    something like that :dunno: what do you guys think? Something like push/pull but with only one leg day since it takes me a whole week to recover from doing legs. Also trying to get my shoulders stronger thats why i changed the 2nd push day to be a little bit more shoulder intensive

    ok, do something like Max-ot, that seems to be fairly "mass" oriented, as long as you are using the "Repitition method" and eating you are going to be getting bigger. making you shoulders stronger, do shoulder work.

    yeah guess so , just though i'd switch it up a little since i seem to respond better to hitting the muscle twice a week instead of MaxOT's one

    I still dont understand why you are hitting you lower body once and everythign else four times

    I don't know why but when i work my legs they are usually sore as hell for the next week, for example i did legs on monday, walking up stairs was stil a pain in the ass today, 6 days after. I know it doesn't really matter and its only the lactic acid, maybe i should just put another leg day on saturday.

    you are not really working your core man, no good mornings, deadlifts or 45 back raises in there anywhere. yeah you do SLDL but thats one movement, mostly fo the glutes and ham. well you do have back extns. still, you think you need to work it all on just one day?

    i meant 45 back raises with "back extnsn", i can throw in GM's or pullthroughs additionaly as another exercise

    edit: recommend spreading it out?

    squats and sldls on wed. and then sat i can do heavy gm's, deadlifts and more direct core work?
