Would this 160GB Maxtor Internal Hard Drive

    I doubt it would fit. Second, I believe harddrives over 137 gig's need a controller card since windows doesn't know how to address that much space.

    That hard drive is for a PC, not for a laptop. But, I'm wondering why the specs say for a laptop??? The only way it would work would be if you put it into an external drive enclosure (USB or IEEE).

    And no you wouldn't need a controller card as long as you use the Maxblaster CD that comes with it. I have the same one and it works fine...
