I know it sounds stupid but hear me out. I've been doing basic calorie restriction + working out 3x a week but my weight loss has kind of plateaued or at least slowed down a lot. A year or two ago I did PSMF for like a week and a half and it was . Dropped like 10lbs of water weight and 4-5 lbs of fat and it was an awesome way to start my diet. Anyway I hate the feeling of being starved all the time and I probably don't have the willpower to do it for more than 2-3 days right now, but I was wondering if it would do any good alternating days on and off.
