Like a sports massage focusing on trigger points, etc?
I actually remember reading somewhere that a massage after lifting isn't a good idea. I dont have any studies or anything to back me up, but I seem to remember someone posting with one that basically said not to do it
I know Oly lifters do all the time. Hell at the world champs training hall, Reza stripped down for a message in between snatches and cleans.
it can be good because it it gets blood flowing to your muscles, though the benefits depend on the type of massage.
I have been thinking about going like twice a month on weekends. I got the hookup on $30 for an hour of massage time and I am thinking of doing 30 minutes every other weekend.
