Or know of an online service or something that does this sort of thing? I just wanna make sure that I'm covered, not contradicting and it looks good.

I usually just review them myself. Typically just compare it to someone else and go from there.

You could post it here so we could check it out for anything obvious...

lemme know how you pull it off.

are you just copying pasting from another website and adding a few things you can think of?

Thats basically what i've been doing but I'm afraid its considered plagarism. I google every phrase though and get tons of results so im not sure. Im gonna probably speak with a lawyer to see if its okay to do that. Theres not a whole lot of variation available with writing a license agreement, heres what i've gotten so far:

    It looks fine to me.

For what it's worth, most of my TOS' that I use are exactly that - a paragraph copied from here, another from there, then one I made from some others. The hardest part is to be sure you have not repeated yourself.

The only think you need to be aware of is COPPA laws (which may have been repealed, I can't remember now) and be sure you don not allow children to access the site. You're obviously using vBulletin, so you can enable COPPA sign-up in the options, which may be a wise idea to protect yourself.

FWIW, I've run sites with explicit content, full adult sites, and so forth, and I've never had ANY problems. The only legal problem I ever had was when a client tried to blackmail me because he thought I over-charged him ... a YEAR LATER!
