    currently have a 32-33" vertical. (i'm short so I still can't dunk - i'm 5'8 BTW)

For the past 2 years or so, I have been constantly lifting weights. Squats have gone up steadily but deads have been on and off..I tend to leave them out every now and then. But I've been doing plyometrics twice a week as well using varrying forms of exercises so I think I may have peaked with my current routine as far as vertical goes.

Would a program like Air alert help me get to 40"+ inches? I think something drastic would be needed to get me more hang time but would like to know what it is.

FYI - I've recently started doing hang cleans and box squats in addition to deadlifts and squats. I have no clue what it has done for me as I have not been able to play volleyball to see real-world results. I've developed a steady core workout as well.

So should I venture into a leap program or wait and see what the hang cleans and box squats will do??
