Decided to build a home gym. I am using a 300sqft room and want to puzzle mat the entire thing. 3/8" thick is a good bit cheaper than anything else. The floor is concrete with 2 layers of astro turf. Does anyone know if 3/8"
would be ok without giving me foot problems? It will be used for stand up work only.

    they come apart easily :dunno:

the padding will be fine, your foot will adjust to it.

I'll check what I have at home. I think it might be 3/8 and its right on top of concrete and its fine for me.

just stand up? thais train on concrete :dunno:

i like puzzle mats though and that's probably a good thickness. you don't want it to be too too cushy. honestly anything but rug/carpet will be fine.
