    And here's the kicker, they're maneuvering to produce this thing. :hsugh:

    The Imperial concept was so controversial not because it looked great, but because it completely apes the Rolls Royce Phantom. Chrysler would be smart to tweak the shape and make it into a modern interpretation of a past Chrysler, like the Airflow.

    Why not? They ripped off the Bentley to make the hugely successful 300C. Why not the Rolls?

    YOU ARE CORRECT! chrysler is basing the Imperial off of the 300m...

    they had a small snippet in the last car and driver about it...

    It's somewhat reminiscent of one, but it isn't a copy of one and won't be mistaken for one. This concept is a blatant Phantom rip-off.

    It's not, but it has it's own unique thing going. The Imperial is distinctly lacking in originality. That can be fixed but it probably won't be.
