It is more and realism than anything. Does not play like BF1942. 1 shot = kill even on tanks.

Poor bastard never even saw me..... 1 shot right into the turret = ammo explosion.

Same here. He was too busy looking for squishies. Never saw my tank. 1 shot.

I pay for a year at a time. I think if you do it that way it is about 9.99 a month.

It all depends what time of day and stuff. maybe 1000 - 2500.

If you like the WW2 Era it is a great game. It does take patience as it has a very steep learning curve !

A buddy of mine at work absolutely loves the game. Has been playing it a few years now almost nonstop. I can't even get him to try any new games that come out because of it.

    My experience with WW2OL:

run for 15 minutes to the battle area. get sniped without seeing anyone on screen.

ride on a tank for 5 minutes to the battle field. get bugged and clip through the tank and die

run/crawl to the battle field (about 25 minutes), die in one hit from a tank spamming the area.

I tried it once. I can't remember but I think it was the first 'MMO' I tried.

Somewhere in there was also MCO and EQ1.

Of all of those I actually played MCO the most.

loved it back in the day when there were actually shitloads of people on. Haven't played since 04 though. Recently got a dude at work interested in it and he played it when he went home on leave and will probably continue playing after we get back.
