Workout schedule change

    I'm going from heavy weights with low reps to lighter weights and higher reps, but I'm also focusing a lot on form and doing the "slow release, quick push/pull" technique. I've done the heavy weights thing now for about 6 weeks and I plan on going back to it eventually, but is what I'm doing now a good idea?

    I would wait stick with something for at least 10 weeks before changing.

    depends on your goals. What rep range are you using now?

    12-15, before it was 2-8

    BTW, I haven't felt a burn this bad on my muscles since I started working out.

    Why not do both?

    Start a conjugated type program.

    Thought about this too, work-out buddy isn't fond of it...so I might be working out part of the week by myself.

    why not compromise:
    compound exercises -> heavy weight, lower reps (4-8)
    isolation exercises -> ligher weight, higher rep (10-15)
