I lift 5x a week, body part a day. I recently have been doing workouts later in the day that are with more lifting, but like conditioning. I have stations where Ill do sets of shoulders, arms, chest, abs, etc, the whole body. They are light weight, but i do it fast for burnout. Is it bad to do these workouts later in the day after lifting already?

    It depends on your goals.

If you are trying to gain muscle, you will probably be better served by letting your body recover. Plus, if you're doing that routine and not eating enough, you won't get anywhere.

If you are trying to lose weight, make sure you're diet looks good and you should be fine.
