these monotonous posts always creep up on workout forums, but my current playlist has become stale through the summer, and i was looking for suggestions on high tempo music to keep me motivated throughout the workouts, what are you guys listening to at the mo?

i have alot of the old linkin park, some papa roach at times, or dance/trance music which is always good, also the chicago bulls intro music from the michael jordan era :big grin:

I've been enjoying punk for the past few months. I really like Bad Religion and an Argentine band attaque 77.

I actually don't mind listening to Offspring (especially Smash) when working out. Don't have to bother skipping any songs on the ipod.

I think Nine Inch Nails lp or whatever (it has fire on the front and opens wierd) with the song wish would be really good (just need to burn it).

G-Unit and artists aren't bad either for working out.

Sounds like you would like No Warning. Check them out. Most of my lifting music is Lamb of God, Pantera, Hatebreed, Slayer type stuff. AC/DC is always great.

I usually listen to Lamb of God or rap when I lift, which is unusual since I mostly listen to metal otherwise.
