I think it would be a good idea to start a thread on workout music. This is something that we can all benifit with, fat skinny or broly. I'm well aware that a thread like this may exist, but I don’t have full membership privileges, therefore I can't search. So if I’m rehashing an old thread, please forgive me. Anyway, I'll start, a few of my favorites are

    Victory-paddy, biggie smalls, bust rhymes
    Superman theme
    Creed- What if
    Rocky soundtrack-getting stronger

There should be a music sticky.
Any technical brutal death or the usual black metal do the job.

I only listen to Boyz II Men when I'm at the gym. It really helps me bust out new PR's.

I just select a random fast paced metal or rock album.

Today it was TRUSTcompany and Breaking Benjamin, and I just skipped the slower songs.

Haha. Sometimes when I am pumped up and feeling the song, I might before I start another rep. Gotta do w/e to keep the adrenaline up.
