    I just started going to the gym recently, so I figured I'd use this as a trining log. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

      (can't remember exactly)

    Warmup Run
    • 0.84 miles in ~8 mins
      I'm trying to get over shin splints so I can run further and longer.

    Bench Press

    • 145x8
    • 155x5

    Decline Bench
    • 115x10
    • 125x8
    • 135x5

    how old are your running shoes? Arch support ftw to get rid of shin splints.

    Might also look into doing a dynamic warmup before training instead of just jogging
