Workout Help! Routine Suggestion

    Whats up guys, how you all doin?
    I got two questions I need answered.
    First, I know its winter and I should be workin on my "coat" (Bulking). But, I am starting to lean early this year due to training purposes. I need to gain strength but lean out.
    My routine should be sufficient right?
    Here is it:

    Heavy= 3 x 5 Light= 3 x 8

    Monday: Heavy Chest, Tri's- altenating from Upper/Lower chest each week.
    Tuesday: Heavy Legs, Lower Back
    Wed: Heavy Upper Back, and Arms
    Thurs: Light Chest, Tris
    Friday: Light Legs
    Saturday: Light Back and Arms

    Monday and Thursday= Abs and Running
    Tuesday and Friday= Core and Plyometric

    I try to run, bike, swim, play bball or something everyday to get more cardio. But that is usually my cardio routine.
    I am eating about 2400 calories a day.

    How does that sound?

    Now for my second question.
    Can Kre Alkayn aid in leaning out. I know it will sculpt the muscle but would it help in leaning?
