    arms!!!

    wat should i do? this is wat i have been doing the last few weeks:

    warm up
    Tricep:
    close grip press 4 sets 8-12 reps
    skullcrusher 4 sets 8-12 reps
    reverse grip pressdown 2 sets
    kickbacks 2 sets
    Bicep:
    barbell curl 4 sets 8-12
    Seated dumbbell 4 sets 8-12
    One arm preacher curl 2 sets
    Concentration curl 2 sets
    Forearms: (if i still have any energy)
    wrist curls
    reverse curls

    I do a four day split

    monday- chest/shoulders
    tuesday- back/traps
    wenesday- arms
    thursday- off
    friday- legs
