I have been trying to build my body back into some sembelance of shape lately (running 1-2 miles every other day) and doing pushup and situps until exhastion. I want to kick it up a notch though...seriously.

I want to be able to do a couple of different things:

    1. Lose 20 lbs (and get my body weight down to about 12%)
    2. Vastly improve my cardiovascular endurance
    3. Be able to run 3-4 miles everyday 5 times a week

I would like to see this goal without ever having to step inside a gym. Specifically doing Body Weight excercises (pushups, and sit ups of course but what else can I do?)

Does anyone have any advice on setting up a workout plan? I really am quite new at all of this but I am serious about it.

you should be doing a rep of supine rows for every rep of pushups you do

Your concerned with cardiovascular health, losing weight, and being able to run long distances so naturally you need to start running 5-6 days a week and eating right (cutting out the junk food, restricting cals etc) and you should be able to reach your goals
