I have been trying to build my body back into some sembelance of shape lately (running 1-2 miles every other day) and doing pushup and situps until exhastion. I want to kick it up a notch though...seriously. I want to be able to do a couple of different things: 1. Lose 20 lbs (and get my body weight down to about 12%) 2. Vastly improve my cardiovascular endurance 3. Be able to run 3-4 miles everyday 5 times a week I would like to see this goal without ever having to step inside a gym. Specifically doing Body Weight excercises (pushups, and sit ups of course but what else can I do?) Does anyone have any advice on setting up a workout plan? I really am quite new at all of this but I am serious about it.
