Hey, I'm currently a Sophmore in HS and I'm on my schools basketball team. We rank pretty high so my coach has insane workout sessions and everything everyday after school. Anyway, I currently play small foward (a lot of running) and I'm about 6'0. My goal for next year's season is to be able to dunk. Right now, I can touch the backboard with my entire hand. What sort of excercises (besides plyometrics) would you guys reccomend to acheive my goal? Another issue: I'm starting to eat more cause I'm trying to gain muscle (I'm about 160 right now. 160's okay for my height, right?) but I realized I was also gaining fat, and it shows. What would you reccomend for a diet? (As far as cals, protein intake) Thanks!
