working the inner pecs....

    its just one muscle, but you can work different parts, right?

    basicly i just want my pecs to come closer to touching. flys? incline flys?

    You can't emphasize inner vs outer, only upper/lower

    the frosting on top of the pop tarts contains 10% folate which causes the outer pecs to grasp on to the inner pecs, causing more strain on the muscle fibers creating definishun and ronnie coleman effect

    By making your pecs bigger overall, not by emphasizing the inner chest.

    i think what you are talking about is mainly genetics, as far as how your left and right chest muscles come together. All you can really do is make your pecs bigger overall.

    they why do you know it, your a pencil

    and as for developing the inner pec, hit them with typical exercises, some people genetically have a space though...like me. Like ceaze said you get it to grow by overall development. The pump you feel in the inner chest is a result of pushing the muscle groups towards each other to a greater degree on close grip exercises
