Working out

    Ima exercising noob,

    I read the stickies but only one question:

    Should I workout even though my muscles haven't recovered from the last session?

    how do you know they haven't recovered? with proper nutrition and rest you should give atleast 3-4 days

    they're sore as all hell breaking loose. Maybe thats what I mean about not recovered yet. But I figure I could still go bike

    yeah go for it, cardio can actually help with recovery

    I dont surf, and I lift at my apartment complex. Melrose Apt's off of Kernan blvd.

    how about lifting another muscle group.. Or is every single muscle on your body sore??
