Working out with scoliosis

    Hey,

    I am wondering if there are any excercises out there that are specifically good for maintaining back strength, given a mild scoliosis. I go to the gym and do fairly light work outs, but i want to increase size, but not put any excess pressure on my spine. Wondering if there is anyone reading that has similar problems, or advice.
