Working out with braces v. bad??

    So i recently had tendonitis in my elbow, and its gotten better. I just have an Ace elbow brace/sleeve on my elbow, not to tight or anything. Should i only work out with this for a short time and get off it as soon as possible? Or should i start working out without it?

    braces are fine, they keep the joints warmer

    i wear a brace on my wrist still.. actually 2 to make sure i keep my wrist stiff.. i didnt have them tonight though and worked out anyway -- so now it kinda hurts :uh:
