Is this a bad idea? I'm not too sick, just a sore throat and a little mucusy. Do you guys go to the gym when you are only a little sick? If I do go, I'll definitely be washing my hands in between machines to make sure I don't pass this throughout the gym because that would be fucking lame (I doubt I'm contageous anyway). The bigger question I have is this: when you guys miss a day at the gym, how do you deal with it in regards to your routine? Do you combine the day(s) you lost with other days, do you skip it that week or what?
