Working out while having a cough

    Not recommended? I was under the weather for the majority of last week, and I'm pretty much over it, but I'm still coughing up a storm (lots of mucus). Keep in mind I rarely get sick.

    I haven't really worked out this calendar year as of yet, and I'm itching to get back to the routine... :run:

    With a cough I'd say no. You don't want to infect your entire gym, and you're still coughing shit up so the germs are definitely there.

    fortunately leg removal isn't transmitted through a cough, so that guy really doesn't have any excuses.
